Alot this big wagon to detail for 2 days. Its 2006 so practically brand new, only 6500 miles on it but , it must have been washed with a brick.

So far ive washed and dried it, and deswirled MOST of it, its bloody big! It didnt need clayed, just detarred.

Thats it for 2day. Swirls and scratches on the bonnet were much harder to shift so ill give them ago tomorrow with ssr2.5 and lake country orange power pad

Process as follows

Wash
Meguairs Gold Class shampoo and 2 bucket method with the power washer.
Tested to see if it needed clayed, nope.
Dried using poorboys waffle weave towel.

Wheels
Cleaned with wonderwheels and washed.
Sealed with Chemical Guys wheel Guard
Tyres dressed with Meguiars High Endurance Gloss

Polish
Poorboys SSR2 on Green lake country polishing pad
Poorboys SS2.5 on orange pad on the bonnet
Autoglym SRP on Green lake country pad

Sealant
Poorboys EX-P Applied with Red lake country Finishing pad

Wax
Poorboys Natty's Blue Spit shined with Meguiars Tech wax using Meguiars quick detailer. Applied with yellow foam applicator pads and buffed with a microfibre and PC with sonus DAS buffing bonnet

Interior
Leather cleaned with Simoniz Leather care
Hoovered
Son of a Gun on all the plastics
Rubber Mats washed with hose and sponge

Windows
Polished inside and out with a window polish from local motor factors!

Trim
Plastics done with Mothers Back to Black gel and under arches done with Simoniz back to black.
Chrome cleaned with Brasso Chrome polish?? (Found it in the house, had no other metal polish!)

Enjoyed this detail as i had 2 days so i could take my time and do everything i wanted to do! Spit shining 2 different waxes seemed to work well enough, just thought id try it to see, wonder how long it will last though.

Oh, and apologies for the amount of pics :p

Looks great Ryan, can't wait to see it finished today.

I called round yesterday to see this wagon, and I can say that the paint was in really bad nick! Some turnaround in those shots there.
