What do yous guys use to clean the frame particularly the rough cast bits. I don’t want anything abrasive or to polish just to clean. Thanks

Anachem Lazer added to hot water is fantastic for removing all the grease around the front sprocket and chain side of the swing arm/frame. I tend to use articulate for everything and cleanse around anything alloy.
