hello

just bought a wee corsa and was wondering what the best way to bring up the plastic arch trims and bumpers is as they are faded and very light grey?

A heat gun will bring them up like new. recycled plastic iirc

Peanut butter is supposed to be good, but if their as faded as alot of corsa's seem to go, you'd be better colour coding them!

hit them with some trim gel i had and there looking a hell of a lot better now.

ill give the heat gun ago when the gel fades ut probably wont take too long lol

i used elite rubberite on a mates girlfriends corsa bumpers and they were well white/light grey, came up near new, and it lasted for ages!

u cud also try black shoe polish. cheap and nasty lol. heard it worked well on corsa trims and won't fade as easy as gel wud?

try a hair drier for awhile, itll be less severe than the heat gun, but needs longer, then put black shoe polish ontop

i use autoglym bumper care although after about 3/4 washes (once a week) it seems to fade off again

Theres a couple of ways, but i'd just buy new one's from vauxhall, not that dear and a gift to replace, looks 100% better than a bad "back2black" job imo.
