Should upload my dash cam of this morning of the old lad doing at least 50mph on the hard shoulder between Lisburn and Moira for what ever reason - thought he was pulling over but was still on the shoulder way after I passed him

I don’t have a dash cam (for my own self preservation 
) but had a mad one last night.
Coming out of the east link toll booth in Dublin with a car in front of me. It proceeds to drive on the wrong side of the road until it meets a car coming in the other direction and then swerves on to the correct side of the road. Then we get to the roundabout and they fire on the indicator and drive the wrong way around it. My first thought was that it must be a tourist but they were in a 2012 car so it kind or rules out it being a hire car.

I got sent this the other on whatsapp and it had audio. while i agree it would have scared the **** out of you, the 2 women in the car lost their **** lol. Proper screaming their heads off lol
