Surely a polo should bounce off a tractor. Im surprised it made the tractor do that to be honest.
Polo hit the rim and took the tyre off the tractor causing the tractor to swerve to the right.
The only saving grace is that the slurry tanker was empty, if it had have been full there would have been another 10tons of liquid momentum, which would have likely caused the tankers to roll on over, completely destroying the wall and likely overturning the tractor.

It would be interesting to hear the outcome of that if any. The guy clearly deserved it from what was seen in the video. Technically all rather illegal for the driver who hit him though.

And hilarious the way it ended up !

Errr the driver in the Ford could be done for attempted murder there. If yer man had gone under the wheel it wouldn't be so funny.

Also how angry do you need to be to threaten someone with a screw driver? Madness.

Feared for their lives, suspended sentence. Other guy gets 2 years, assault with an offensive weapon, spends 6 months in hospital having his breeks removed from his hole.

Once you are in your car and the attacker is walking away, any claims of self defence by driving over them would really be pushing the boundaries with our legal system.

If they had a gun and were pointing it at you...fair game. But walking away with a screwdriver...not a hope in hell. You will be in lots of trouble.

Now if they had reversed whilst the attacker was beside them threatening them with the screwdriver...again, fair game. And TBH that might have been even funnier in the video watching him get mowed down by the car door.

I heard the Foyle bridge thing ^^ was him trying to evade the cops.
Seemed to making a decent job of it up to that point at least.

Blindness aside, lack of patience is the bigger issue there.

Not really..doesnt matter whether the choose to move lanes early or late. If they do it without looking...end result will be a crash. Same cause of almost every crash. People seem to drive around with their eyes shut.

Agreed blindness and ignorance is the issue there. But he couldn't wait patiently in the off slip like everyone else. Probably thought he would bull his way into the offslip again further down and hence the move. Once on the offslip you shouldn't be moving out into the main traffic again.

Absolutely, they were at a solid white line with no real valid reason to move out of it.

It could still have been done safely though if they'd used their ****ing eyes.
