Disc discolouration-sticky brakes?

Was washing the wife’s car today and noticed one of the discs is discoloured. The other side is still silver. Could this be the start of a sticky caliper?

Could just be stability control heating one side up more than the other in this weather trying to keep everything straight.

Sometimes you don't even feel it doing this stuff but it is doing it.

That disc looks wafer thin even for it being a rear - easy way to tell is just feel how warm the wheel is after a decent drive/compare it against the wheel on the other side youll soon know if its binding - but looks it from that pic

I bought a wee infrared thermometer which is handy for such a thing

Sliders or piston binding. Jack up up and see if you can turn the wheel freely with the handbrake off. Chock the wheels and ensure it’s on level ground and all that guff first…
