Are you going to put a slight tint on the front windows? Normally wouldnt myself, but with the smoked lights, rear tints and bronze wheels think it would look the part. To much and would look pure chav though, not enough just dirty be hard to het right

I've been thinking about it, but have the exact same thoughts on it being hard to get right.

As you say, black car, rears tinted, everything smoked, it would look right. Will probably give it a go and see what I think!

So I had dropped the M Sport bumpers and side skirts at the body shop last week to be painted and he gave me a ring today to say they were done.

Down after work and got them fitted - obviously the coupe front takes a bit more time and customisation but looks the part now! Side skirts aren’t on just yet but couldn’t resist the photos anyway

The bottom grill on the front bumper needs attention badly but I’ll get a coat of something black thrown on it over the weekend!

The kidney grills were reaaallllllyyyyy annoying me because everything else was murdered out and they were still chrome.

Got home and got them out (somehow didn’t break them) and threw a coat of black plastidip on them to cheer them up!

The bottom grill is really bad in this photo, looks almost white, so it’ll be getting attention ASAP!

Quick snap this morning to confirm the kidney grills are actually black lol

That lower grill in the bumper is really bugging me so hopefully get it sorted today!

The lower grill in my saloon went the same way and I replaced it with a new one from bmw it was only 30 quid or so. Now the one on my vert is the same but think ill just give it a coat of paint.

Yeah, I've satin black in the garage, will throw a few coats on it this afternoon! Was going to try the old heat gun technique but I think it's past that lol

Lower grill got a quick blast of the heat gun to bring a bit of life back to it and then a quick wash with the new lance from @Big Pimp

Awkard knowledge, they never made an m sport before 05 its a sport rep and a terrible one at that, missing skirts and piano trim

Agreed. I’ll be honest, until the new wheels went on I wasn’t convinced. They’ve transformed it.

Anyway to darken the front indicators to better match the headlights? It would require some customisation.

I love the work of the coupe bumper on the touring - it makes the front wheels really sit out, and looks so aggressive.

I was really impressed with the overall effect of a lot of a lot of smaller subtle changes

Who’s that fat bearded bloke in the background of the last pic? Looks like a right shady barsteward!

Car looks seriously good in the flesh though. I definitely had some envy when comparing it to mine lol
