Not the big girls finest moment today

Been sitting for weeks and hasn’t seen a drop of soap since god knows when so gave her a quick once over and tucked her away in the garage for a bit.

@Big Pimp articulate and ultrafoam, what a combination! And the new wheel cleaner is just epic!!

After getting her all cleaned and into the garage my dad phoned to see if I could run a set of ladders up to him and this is the result of one journey to Antrim

Few snow pics taken today. The Touring is absolutely awful in the snow but she looks good

Quality is terrible but the originals that @D14bto took were too big to upload

Its hard to beat a good estate car! Can't help but notice that there is plenty of room in that garage for the E46, do you mind saying what size it is and who built/supplied it? I'm currently looking at them for my own house

It was H2 sheds in Dungannon supplied and fitted it. From memory it’s 30 something ft by 16ft. Plenty of room but that means I end up filling it with sh1te! Needs a good clear out

It doesn’t look that big from the front looking at the pictures until you see a car in it!! Looks like a good size for working in tho... 16 foot is 4.87M so very close to 5M which is what I was going to try and squeeze into my garden by 8M long

How did you get on with H2 sheds getting it made that size? I’ve asked washingbaysheds for a cost for 8M x 4.5M and he can back nearly double the price of their advertised 6x4 shed

Wanted to get the car washed today because it was caked in salt and general sh1te from daily driving. I’ve used @Big Pimp ’s Cleanse a few times but never really focused on the tyres and honestly I couldn’t believe how bad they were

Also - the grape Scent is one of the best smelling air fresheners I’ve ever had. New mats from Radio World were absolutely soaked in it before they went in the car

Purple grape is epic! I applied it to my mats when I first got the car in April and every time I put the heater on pointed to the floor it seems to reactivate the scent!

that class, and I still am amazed at how well cleanse works on dirty tyres and old tyre dressings too

Looks like I underestimated the length of the E46, more mats needed!

Also the front wheels are coming of as well, just haven’t got round to it yet so you’ll have to excuse the king of the cone look

There’s also still a mountain of stuff to sort, amazing how much sh1te you manage to gather in a garage

Reigniting this thread. The E46 moved for the first time in 3 months this week for work to start for MOT.

Forgot what a royal pain in the @rse MOTs are, can’t we just go back to exemption certificates

Anyway, a friend is getting married mid-September and I’ve been told in no uncertain terms my car has to be a wedding car so guess I’ve no choice

Bit more progress today with the big bus. Raised and standard wheels back on with half decent tyres.

Few niggly bits to sort out - airbag light from changing the seats, fog lights wired up and full beams sorted. Any E46 men on here with LED full beams? Any links for decent ones and the wee adapter yokes to make them fit the standard light unit?
