E46 misfire

Have a 325 e46 here and on tickover it’s running fine but once you rev it to 3k a misfire comes into it .If you leave it running it remains off a cylinder but if you turn car off and restart it the misfire is gone .build revs back up tov3k it does it again .anyone able to give me a bit of direction to go to resolve this .

everything already mapped out ,car had water down in the plug wells I noticed so possibly plugs/ coil packs faulty .it’s only new plugs in it a few weeks ago .

Yeah I’m thinking that I will get a set tomorrow and try them .
