E46 tail light adapter wiring

Anyone happen to have a pair of adapter harnesses sitting about to fit genuine LED rear lights into a pre face-lift car?
Or anyone work in BMW that can price me part number 61120153650?

For anyone looking these I ended up getting them from Cotswold BMW in Hereford. £26 delivered which was half the price I seen them on eBay. Genuine parts and fast delivery.

Do these harnesses solve the issue with fitting LED tails to pre-facelift? I have mine fitted but displaying the bulb warning light.

Is any coding required?

They need coded to not check the rear lights so there's no error and they don't flicker or whatever.

Think I used a cheap eBay cable at the time and it was fairly straightforward
