E60 or F10

Being a BMW fanboy I want another 5 series after my last one was a ****ing disaster.

Turns out the gap between a good E60 and an F10 isn't as big as I thought so I am sort of 50/50 at the moment would love to hear opinions.

The F10s look like alot of car for the money these days. I drove one as a courtesy car (520d) for a few days and it was a comfortable big thing.

Yeh I'm a big fan of the F10 still; they look fresh, go well and the tech is good.

What’s the gap between a good e60 and a good f10 though? The lower priced f10s could be quite leggy now.

I have an e60. Wanted the f10 but budget only allowed for a 520d. After hearing timing chains were £1200 I ended up going for an Audi.

As Ollie said above, can you really get a 6 cylinder F10 for close to e60 money? I thought about changing up, and the only one's close to my price range are the 520d

Personally I think now I would rather keep my e60 than change to a cheap F10.
