Electric winch advice needed

Thinking of fitting an electric winch in the back of my van so I can winch bikes in and save my wrecked back.
Any advice what to look for and the best way to fit it so it can be removed when I sell the van.

Can't comment on the winch itself, but I imagine the best way to fit is bolt though the floor with a reinforcement plate on the underside of the floor.

I used to fit the odd wheel chair dock system into van derived people carriers and that's how those had to be secured.
