Faulty Rolec Charger

My Rolec Wallpod started tripping itself, meaning that I would come out in the morning and it wouldn’t have charged overnight.

I removed the cover to be greeted by this, Im surprised it didn’t go on fire:

Rolec sent out a new RCD to replace this one. The screws that hold the cover on go into thin plastic lugs. Two actually broke off on loosening the screws. I had to work around that, and the little knob for opening and closing the trip door disintegrated after a year. It charges but the enclosure is poor quality.

Funny enough my EO charger has stopped working yesterday, need to get it looked at.

Looks like a floating neutral. Not tightened properly

It was so tight it snapped the plastic housing when I tried to unscrew it. Faulty RCD apparently (one with blue button). God knows why Rolec didn’t do a recall
