just got a backbox on it and de-catted it.the backbox an ashley racing box,its only a wee 3" pipe but i think it suits the back of the car really well

Nice wee car mate. I'm on my second (y) What engine is it?

its only a wee 1.0 litre bt it is pretty nippy.aye she got a wee bit punchier.not alot like but its only my first car and the only thing i can afford lol.hopefully next year i will have something better

Take the GTi Badge off the back if its only a 1.0 then...

lol i didnt put the gti badge on it, it was on it when i bought it.
@ ossy who has to sell their car because of driving?

tom...leave the badges on...get the rally decals off the side, and by sum gti bumpers n stuff, n deck it on gti rims....wee gti replica wud be nice 1 see!!:laughing:

im with cream_beast on tis one a gti replica would be the way to go and it would then match my phase 3 16v clio that i am trying to design

has the decat not slowed it down abit? them engines get most of their kick from the backpressure do they not?

back pressure

from my understanding it is the back box itself that creates the back pressure thats why it isnt always benifital to fit a big bore exhaust. the cat mainly restricts the flow of the gasses out of the exhaust and by removeing it creates a more free flowing and afficent system. at least i think it works that way ^o)
