I had to remove my moulded mud flaps to fit my sideskirt extensions,

what is the best way to get them to stick back on, Would 3M tape do it or what do you guys use?

Is there nowhere to screw them inside the arch?

What were they stuck with before?
Sikaflex would do it, but I'd be inclined to find a discreet place for a couple of self tappers..
If that's too rash then sticky pads cut to suit where the flap actually is in contact with anything

Plastic push pin rivet fasteners would be an option if its plastic mounted to plastic. Drill the holes to suit and they look very neat too.

They probably will not fit back on once you fit the skirts. They will have been moulded to fit the shape of the standard arch

the mudflaps were trimmed to fit the skirts, but inside the arch there is no where to screw too, the arch has carpet liners and a thin lip

I need some form of bond or sticky pads to stick to the side of the arches
