Or just use one of the less quality shops. I imagine he was no less than 2500, same as any good shop
But you will be able to get a reasonable job for a grand less

£3,800 and that's with panels already removed and windscreen out, and no engine bay to do. I've no doubt their work is exceptional, but an old mx5 just isn't the car to justify such a spend

Aye AG was about 3 when I got mine done

But you should absolutely be able to get a presentable job for sub 2k. This is RMS, we are going to mention the best in the game and that’s fine but you could definitely get a presentable good job for a lot less

I just asked a guy who has done my astra rear bumper after it rolled down my work car park when the handbrake slipped, he done my dads tiguan rear bumper and since I was happy with both them he done both my skyline bumpers to freshen them up. Honestly a fantastic job, and I’m fairly picky hence used AG before
1500 to 2g for a full job on a mx5
