Tell me what you work at and I will become an apprentice if this is what you get at the end of it .unreal piece of kit but my god please do not put it on air .
Apart from the hard work needed to get in a position to fund a car like this, it takes great big hairy balls to go through with it. So maximum kudos for fulfilling the dream!
I do have a few videos, will need to see how to upload them etc.
The cold start is ridiculous.....the neighbours arnt the biggest fans!
Had a great day at cars and coffee today and thanks to everyone that said hello
Some time has passed from purchasing the LP560...Often I asked myself why I bought this and not a 991.1 GT3.....forever a Porsche fan!
Then when I get the time/weather to take this out it really does remind me why I chose it.
It is so raw/loud and aggressive!
A point that always annoyed me was; the car seemed to sit very high at the rear, maybe from younger years of slammed cars this was exaggerated in my eyes....
After searching for weeks I came across a brand new set of K-Sport coilovers a guy with a Twin Turbo’d Lp560 in America causally had “sitting in his garage taking up room for a few years” (in his words) .... the deal was done for them and the car was brought down to my good friend @pedenjohn for fitting. While there John also fitted a carbon Superleggera rear wing which really has changed the whole appearance for me...
Since them I have purchased a set of superleggera carbon skirts- (trial fitted in garage photo).
Amidst all these uncertain times /economic crash and of course depreciation; although the want is always there for more, bigger and better....
It really has made me realise how far I have came to buy this and should really start using and loving it a bit more! I hope yous all are keeping safe and well and staying positive!
