Green cotton air filter

I've found this green cotton single cone induction kit that fits the skoda, was wondering if they're any good and where i'd find the best price?

i had one on my old 1.4 ibiza ak89, its definately not worth 80 odd quid. If you can find a pipercross or similar go for it, my 2.0 16v piperx kit was 20 pound cheaper than the green kit for my 1.4 and was a better quality part.
You should be able to get an old 1.3 ibiza/1.3 polo or skoda one to suit, they were virtually all the same engine with the plenum/carb on top of the engine rather than side on.

ah right, you have a special engine then!
The best thing you can do then is drill the airbox and fit a green panel filter, they are less than half the price of a cone filter, still makes a pleasant noise and doesnt suffer from any heat coming in from the engine.
same idea as this, obviously you dont have a 2.0 16v cuprasport though.
