Help to choose my new car

hi all,
I am new in Northern Ireland Belfast. I am looking for a most effective car to buy, I mean cheap to run (fule and problems).
I am not sure if I can get finance and pay monthly, so probably I will need to pay it in cash, here are some of the limitations:
max price around 8K (for cash)
From year 2012
Road tax max of 50 Pounds
Max mileage of 10K

I am thinking of BMW series 5 2013, I will be glad if I get professional opinions about this car, is it cost effective or is there a better choice for me with this money.

Regards,
Daniel

Do you maybe mean 100k miles? Also, don’t worry about car tax, it’s a drop in the ocean compared to other car running costs, so don’t get hung up on that extra £10 per month.

Yes, 100K Miles.
in my country, we go with Japanese cars such as Toyota etc.. German cars are too expensive to buy and to run- each time you go to the garage you pay 3 time the price of Japanise cars. what about here?
