*Ahem* Wrong section...

£2,600 doesn't seem that bad for a driver just past their test - male I guess? In their own name?

A 1.25 fiesta is grp 5 insurance so quite high for a first time driver, my bro ended up payin £2300 from quinn direct on his grp 4 1.3 fiesta, so i think u got a reasonable price

I got quoted £1200 fully comp on a brand new civic type r from elephant (who are always well dearer than i usually pay). Im 23!!

Getting a lower insurance group car always dosnt work out cheaper.

If you get a smaller car with big engine even thought its only say group 2/3/4 ins means higher insurance. Rather than a bigger car with a reasonable size engine. 5 doors also helps bring your ins down if u dont mind diving one with 5 doors.

i would try around for insurance. everyone gets different quotes. everyone tells me quinn is cheap but they are at least £1000 dearer than when i go on elephant.

I think insurance companies just pick numbers out at ramdom half the time and if ur the lucky one u get a cheap quote.

Rover's!
Try Hill's insurance brokers in Larne, they are extremely helpful and are great. Best price two years in row for me!
