Lazer without a shadow of a doubt!

Protecting it is a different field. You’re them down the route of sealing the tiles but a seal won’t be as hard as the tiles and will wear off sometimes looking patchy or worn.

If and when you get them cleaned, they should be easy to maintain.

As for sealing, I personally wouldn't bother. I did that in the kitchen, and even when new it was very hard not to get it patchy. Plus as above it wears off. I ended up just removing it almost straight away as it just looked rubbish and didn't really do anything.

So fire lazer in a bucket with hot water and mop away?? Dilution rate?
50:1 for general cleaning, as per the instructions on the label. It can be used must stronger than that, but it shouldn’t be necessary.
