With only a few weeks to go till the start of the 2023 Irish tarmac championship and Galway being the opening round the entire list is now live.

Looks to be another great year of rally with 5 different manufacturers of r5 cars, Can anyone stop josh Moffat winning another championship?

Gareth McHale as one of the challengers for sure but hard to see anyone but josh at the top.

Will likely be the usual suspects.

Between Moffett, Devine and Desi Henry for Galway. McHale was a bit shy of pace on his return last year but might be back up to speed in 2023.

Pity Alastair Fisher won’t be out much this year.

That Citroen C3 Rally2 car seems to be a great car. Doing M-Sport plenty of harm.

Yeah, it is a completely different car to the hash that was the DS3 R5. I know Jonny G done a lot of suspension development last year on it, and seems to have found a sweet set-up for Irish tar. His new car only arrived on Wednesday, so a mammoth task to get it all converted for Irish roads, seats etc fitted and on the trailer Friday morning for the trip to Galway.

Almost an insult to call it the Circuit of Ireland. Hopefully it’s a good race like Galway

It looks like an event in the National Rally Championship. Handy for spectators as the stages are close together and repeated but as an event it’s not great.

Definitely should be a two-day rally.
