Either or buddy, I found very little difference between the two variations. But for red it says the light version would be a better choice.

I use the light on my red car and it comes up well.

Put a layer on today over the poorboys black hole i put on last week and I found the fuso easy to take off following instructions. Covered two panels at a time just and it was grand.

I fired a second coat on yesterday. I do like this stuff actually. Left the bit in front of the sunroof with nothing on since last summer so for comparison.
