Stephen Mullan is one I know of at https://www.mullanmotorcycles.com/ at Maydown.
Fully trained moto mechanic and sole Moto Morini dealer for NI and ROI.
Can't recommend him yet personally but I hear he has a 5 week waiting list, which probably counts for something.
