MG Midget - 570hp/tonne

Finally took delivery of my MG Midget Race Car..

Its been in the pipeline now for just over 3 years and everything is hand fabricated by Johnston Motorsport in Dromore.

The Ingredients are Really simple!

Lightweight Spaceframe Chassis

285hp Vauxhall C21XE by KGP Motorsport

20kg Elite il200 Sequential Box

Had Hoped to Be Eventing this Season but who knows with Covid19, fingers crossed ill be able to get a blast out in her soon to take the newness off her!

With regards to Point and Squirt, no not at all, with these being so light and with modist power they have a fairly good reputation for being well mannered, this is the 3rd of these cars built and therefore the 3rd evolution, there has been a lot of testing and racing done since Evo 1 was completed almost 15yrs ago!

The other two cars built run 2300cc XE engines with another 50hp and a fair wallop more torque..
