Mini (F55) Key Programming

I've got a 2018 5 door hatch Mini. The key that's used every day just stopped working. New battery doesn't make any difference. The spare key still works. Is there anywhere locally that can re-programme these keys? I see they are for sale on eBay, but presumably need to be programmed?
