yep its the leather which sets it apart imo

@collyirwin11 with them being that easy/cheap to maintain and run itd be rude not, the mk2 is defo a car that others appreciate when out n about in it

Took a run down to my sis's so I could get a run out in the v8 vantage. Whoa what a car, effortless to drive and the bark of it over 4k rpm Manual also so I could drive it properly lol

New plate on golf also but need different font on it, too thin!

Hmmm tried a different centre and stud caps on the splits but might have to go back to full centres on them

Lovely motor, I definitely prefer the splits over the other rims.

Yeah splits are defo the nicer wheel but they are a pain in the hole, other wheels are handy for leaving it lying on. Leave it lying for winter months on the splits and the fronts go soft/flat. going to put full centre caps back on tomorrow

The golf got the @big_pete treatment and some job he did...even tho it melted him!

anybody knows my golf I hate polishing it and the bonnet and roof are always a pink mess, looks smashing now for its last summer hurrah!

Mot time now ASAP forgot all about it and it expires tomorrow but hopefully just drive it through.

Last summer Hurrah?

There are a couple of rough spots on the body which have been getting worse so I reckon I'll strip it at end of summer and get it all tidied up and full respray then rebuild it. It's last big job on it left to do.

Yep it did indeed and it's all in good condition bar bit of driverside wear which is to be expected after 26yrs lol hopefully get that sorted too while its off the road at end of summer
