£50 million seems a little steep for some roads I drive on too Ian! lololololol
If you knew the time, effort and HUGE size of a team that brought these facia adaptors to market, maybe you'd change your mind?? True, the material cost is very small, maybe £4 for the bits, but what about the millions of pounds worth of machinery involved in bringing the products to market?
At autoleads, we sometimes used to spend £100,000 to bring one facia on to the market, and they can't just rob that money from the bank!!

One of my colleagues bought one for around £25 from flea-bay and I think it was a connects-2 one!!

Del did one for me. Was a pumpkin android Amazon job, it came with the cage but I had to buy a connects2 facia
