What a class day! Clio held up well(except 3rd gear 
) and had a ball in it! Mondello is some track, lucky with the weather also.
Great to meet all the other RMSers there and put faces to names, and cheers @Cooper for the spin out, Exige is a real weapon

Banterous day out!!!
track was very tricky with corners looking the same but tightening differently. Then the tight apexes and elevation changes. There is a big long 180 that tightens sharply at the end.
But great challenge and car held up well!!!

That's EXACTLY how most describe Mondello after their first few trackdays. Really is a fun and technical track. I was lucky to get the instructor beside me for a few laps when first out about 10yrs ago, and made such a difference. Itching to get back out, as 86fest was cancelled this year

Open pit lane was great, lots of laps, over 100 track miles on the 205....

Would love to get back but my god the journey down and back was not enjoyable.

Agree @ pablo, have been to mondello several times and the journey down and back seems to take longer each time even though the roads are excellent , being a friday doesn't help !

Great days craic, thanks for the passenger rides @Cooper, @pablo and @gav525, very different track to Kirkistown as previously said, worth the run for a different circuit. Glad to say the new transporter did the job well, good test for it’s ability to cope with cars that are lower than the usual run of the mill motors.
