Can’t help with mid-Ulster unfortunately, but there are several options in Belfast/Lisburn/N’Ards. Not exactly relevant if you want to do a CBT before lessons, but when I learned with Ian’s School of Motoring (Ards) the CBT was encompassed in the lessons and was signed off by the instructor once I had shown the level of competency required by the CBT, which I think was after lesson 4 or 5. Not sure if other instructors or riding schools will do the same, but could be worth asking once you find an instructor.
