So where do I begin and why a mk1 mondeo not to many people know even close friends but I've had a big soft spot for mk1 Mondeo's from I was about 7 or 8 when I seen a critine yellow saloon round the corner where I lived thought it was the best thing ever as a kid
Roll on too I was about 15 when I got to drive a dark green saloon auto with a RS kit what was then sold for £350 tried everything to buy it but was told no after no from my dad
16 years later I finally bought one after sending a pic of one to my mate and he says oh I might know off one the guy might sell so next day was told yeah he would sell if price was right so off I went and was greated with this Oct 95 2.5 V6 manual hatchback what I've been told is a ex government car deal was made and agreed to pick it up following week but some f***er decided to crash in to me on the west link which means no tow vehicle so in comes Freddy with his we truck
So the car does need work but it's nothing to big but I do have plans on a full respray as the paint is old and could do with it but I want the car to be looking and sitting the way I want it so in the space off few days I've bought RS front,rear bumpers and side skirts all genuine parts 20mins from me also but genuine RS spoiler off eBay for £6
and yes that's the right on the price and I've pick up a pair of morette headlights
Am trying to get all the parts I want first before I start working on the car but it's hard not to go round to the garage and start on it
