Great work. Would love a run in this to compare it to mine. I reckon when mine needs a clutch I will put the RS one in, but doubt I will ever put a diff.

Happy to go a run sometime, although it rarely gets driven around the Belfast area (assuming your about there, most people on the forum seem to be).
The LSD does make a great difference.

Great looking ST. I test drove a white one of these a few years back and loved it, only reason I didn't buy was because of some bodywork issues, but I still have a hankering for one. Love the engine in them.

Snapped up this Mountune Cat back last week at a decent steal of a price. Fitted today and now the car has a full 3" turbo back system.
The Mountune is a Milltek exhaust and sounds glorious. Not overwhelmingly loud and keeps it's manners when you want it to.

About a year ago now I also fitted an Auto specialists CAIS. I don't have any photos of it though. Next up I will be getting that scratch in my rear bumper sorted, if anyone has any recommendations for a decent painter to blend pearl paint let me know.

Also, videos of the exhaust note to follow.

Looks great @shannon1305 mines going in this week to get my catback and Downpipe fitted. Near future I think will be the block mod and probably an updated clutch. Are they 4 inch tips on the catback?

I haven't measured but I think they're 4.75". A decent bit bigger than I'd like but it came up at the right price.

You'll have an even bigger grin on your face once you have the exhaust on.

Looking the part and I'm sure sounds the business now too.

@big_pete is a fan of blairs in dough for paintwork, although I believe the st oranage is a bugger to get right.

I've gone non res so can't wait to hear it. Good to see a few of these turning up on here now. Your spacers have you used the standard ford nuts to hold the spacers in place then the supplied nuts to bolt the wheel to the spacers? I've 15mm for the front and 20 to go on the rear.

The Eibachs I bought had both the spacer nuts and nuts for the wheels. I've heard the taper or seat size is supposed to be a bit odd on the ST wheels but the Eibach nuts were fine on mine.
I did end up ditching the wheel nuts though as they corroded on me when some paint stripper got near them. I ordered up a set of black nuts all around from TPI nuts and they've been great.

Looking the part and I'm sure sounds the business now too.

I've only ever heard stories of how difficult it is to match. I might give them a call and see what they think. It's not a big issue but I hate even the smallest problem on the paint.

Had a quick look on the site. Any idea which nuts it is I would need? I was planning on using the standard nuts to bolt the spacers to the hub is what I meant and the nuts with the spacers to bolt the wheel to the spacer.

Stunning car in the best colour.

Please don’t take this the wrong way but I think in order to sell it quicker taking the roof rack off and simply touching those areas up that are photo’d would help. The wheels especially... simply goto Halfords ad find the closest match it will look 100 times better with a simple, brush touch up and it’ll most likely never be noticed again.

Good luck with the sale it’s a lot of car for the money.

I would prefer to see a car with all its faults shown as I would trust the seller more (maybe wrong lol) it looks great and a fantastic spec. Shouldn’t sit long for the right buyer to snap it up.

I agree that getting those things done will help. It's hard to find the time at the moment and getting it up for sale vs. doing those things over the next few months then selling is a trade off.

Now that I've picked up the new car I have time to leave it in and get the wheels and bumper done. Roof bars are already off. Once these things are done the price will be going back up though lol
