Like the bumper but no so sure about the skirts... have no idea what those wheels are. Possibly off an Audi concept car? If they are even Audi wheels..

they're VW wheels as far i can remember, there called Diamonds i have them in a cataloge in the shop, they only come in 5 x 100, 5 x 110, 5 x 112, 5 x 114.3. with a 35/40/42 offset
