So tucked up for winter, fun summer, with a moment of ooops when thought I blew a hole in a piston, but alas Nop just a duff compression tester reading and a wiring issue elsewhere which made me check compression in first place after some rough running.

Changed to link g4 few weeks ago, other than that just had a bit of fun in it. I’ve ordered different rims, trying my best to get a chap to make me some subtle body modifications and have sourced a Nismo 1.5 in casing for direct swap. Made 492bhp at 1.3 1.4 bar which maxed my injectors. Can’t decide to just enjoy it or, bigger injectors and get to 550.

Washed its belly and top, quick skilp to dry it a bit and into its cave until spring. It shall look a bit different in my next update.

Not much of a update but change of plan. I did want to add some very basic styling touches, but couldn’t get the front lip, skirts and rear wraps that I wanted. All OE from factory but very rare, one chap was making rep stuff but turned out to be a knob
So, both bumpers were removed to send to paintshop just to freshen them up, back bumper always had a mark on it, front was just tired and needed tidied up after some cutting for the intercooler. Got them back today, look good

While bumpers off I will clean down the panels and add some protection

Did buy some new rims that have yet to be fitted, 8.5/9.5 staggered to allow a bit more grip at back. Will get around to fitting

A friend also done a we sketch for a bit of fun

Other than that, will re fit bumpers, roll on summer.

Thats one clean car.

You should get that all undersealed while they are off. (y)

That’s the plan. I’ll get it well cleaned down and a spray of waxoyl over it. Should help. Then I’ll leave the main belly area to someone with a lift

That car was crying out for new wheels. The white ones do nothing for it, sorry.

Look a bit like Work T7R's. (y)

Oh I know. It’s always been on the list. I gave up waiting on the right width and offsets so bought the new ones a month or 2 ago. I’ll get them on this month. Wasn’t in a hurry as it’s parked up anyway :grinning:

Performance alloys in Antrim were 100 quid cheaper than usual online places too

And back on after some cleaning and waxoyl. Really freshened the car up. Just need to add the rubber splitter again with some bonding adhesive. Rubber be fitted to the rims when @RubberLover gets them in, then see how it looks and potentially adjust coilovers

Think it’s time I changed my mobile too, the old iPhone isn’t showing things as nice

Good choice on the Uniroyals.

They tend to feel a bit unsure of themselves for the first 500 miles or so. Also if they feel a little vague, I put in a few more psi than "normal"

Can’t get a pic to capture how these look in real life. Think all the white just ruins the bronze colour. Done a oil change today so had it out in the driveway warming up to drop the old oil so grabbed a pic or 3. Really pleased with the car at the minute with the bumpers done up and rims on and mechanically ready to use.
Roll on summer, I want to use the car this year

Ye, last year it spent a good few weeks in workshops getting fabrication work done, ecu upgrades etc. Then in my garage when I thought I blew the engine, engine was fine in end, afm wiring or fuel pump issue was at fault. I won’t do any upgrades this year, just want to use it.
