No splash guard/ Arch liner will this fail MOT?

Hi Folks,

A relatives car is up for MOT in a week or so and the vehicle currently has no front inner splash guard / arch liner. Will this fail MOT or be ok?
A new one is ordered but as its currently on back order it could be a few weeks before it would arrive and likely not in time before current MOT date.

Cant see why it would fail, likes of a wee Caterham or something is fully exposed so shouldn't be an issue, and if anything will give them a better view.

No it won’t fail because of a missing splash guard/liner.
