Si was available in the mk3 (replaced the XR2i and Turbo). It was also available in the mk4 but as it wasn't really a 'sporty' model few people remember it.

This was the same as mine - must have been a mk3 then , 1.6 zetec16v

Yeah, the metallic green was class in them too. Funny enough, rust claimed it.

Remember very few Cavalier estates around!

My granda had a grey one back in the early 90s, bought from Townparks, and only ever remember seeing one other in my life! The estates were based on an Aussie Holden design (Holden Camira). The back is Camira, the front is Cavalier!

When I was at school one of my teachers had an early one in green, vague memory of a gold mk2b around too, but that was about it.

You mean you can get phones that take pics? Wow technology moves so fast!
I took that with my 35mm camera a few days ago, once the film was full got them printed off at my local chemist and then scanned in. Took ages for my dial up internet to upload them
