How about a zetec conversion or a turbo lump from an escort or something? May as well up the power stakes significantly if you are considering an engine swap...

seriously though your question should have been..
" i have a mark3 fiesta, what are my options for more power"
or " how much for a trade in to buy a newer zetec motor"

if your under 28 and have bugger all no claims its not worth transplanting. insurance people wont touch you.
might as well sell up or trade up for something faster.

the Si was 16v unit where the Xr2i 1.6 was an 8v

theres also the 1.4si (which i have and might be for sale soon) its a 1.4 version of the 2i lump.
