he could be in a wheelchair, i remember a ford gt500 sitting in ards shopping centre and i thought, wtf is wrong with them?,, then this fella came in a lightweight take apart chair and got in the drivers seat.
i do that every day. in a WAV Transit custom. that wont fit in a regular bay and allow access.
i dont care either because everyone and their granny is in a disabled bay and can walk.
like it says in conswater at the disabled bays, "if you are able bodied , please park elsewhere" but no one does. so they cant cry at me for using 2 bays.

For the record, there where about 5/6 spaces behind where I was standing to take this photo.
Some people are extremely inconsiderate. Main reason i don't take the BMW to work.

Charles Hurst main site..nightmare. I've to park off site so thankfully not as bad.
On the whole it’s not too bad as we have a designated area to park but the above is just pure ignorance.
