Anything
on a slight tangent - but just saw cops placing a "seized by the psni" sign on a BMW they'd pulled over on the embankment.
only ones near it was a bloke walking carrying a toddler in his arms.
maybe it was there overnight but wasn't clamped or didn't have a dvla ticket on it.
it was just happening so reckon it had to have been him.
what sort of offence warrants that.?

The toddler was driving i heard.

Surely if the police were wasting time stopping and checking sober drivers they wouldn’t be catching real criminals like burglars and rapists, or wouldn’t be analysing people’s driving skills and taking their licences off them?

How do they know they're sober if they do not stop and check ? Is that not the whole point of random breathalising ? It doesn't get more simple than that.

Well you'd think anyway.

The defendant faces two counts of child cruelty and permitting driving without an HGV licence or insurance.

He is further accused of three counts of aiding and abetting dangerous driving, along with single counts of aiding and abetting driving while disqualified, as well as permitting and causing no insurance.

The defendant also faces charges of dangerous driving and having no insurance in relation to himself.

Talk about getting the book thrown at you lol

Can we infer from that list that at the time he personally was disqualified and had no insurance?

Seems to be what they're implying. Perhaps a work vehicle...and work said "**** off", you weren't using it for work. Although that could almost then push into taking without consent territory.

As for the other above comments....even the child never crashed, nor was speeding. Hell, they were safer than #freemo

The kids will be the disqualified ones as they're not 17 yet.... Technically they're disqualified due to age.

And yep, he had no insurance himself most likely due to it being a work vehicle and that not being work.
