Turns out the car was 3 days outside the minimum 3 months service required period, however they still provided me with the wrong information which was down to their lack of knowledge on when the service period starts.

They agreed to cover 50% of the service cost.

Quick tip Chris.

I have found Porsche Belfast very obliging if you provide your own engine oil.

Just order from Opie Oils and get 15% off at the moment and it should work out about £50 for the 6 litres needed.

This is a HUGE saving on what they will charge you,

Yep agree on supplying your own oil. Saves well over £100 and they were totally happy when I did that. So long as it’s the exact spec they are happy and they will give you the spec if you ask.
