Prelude brake uprating?

I need to replace a brake disc so was thinkin of uprating while i'm at it.

Who's good for brakes and know's wot their talking about.

Also, does anyone actually know what a good brake upgrade would be for the prelude?

the prellys came with 2 sizes of disc/caliper. I got some to do an upgrade on the rover but they gave me the smaller ones.

282mm is the bigger ones I think.

what about accord type R brakes? will they fit on?
