Still keeping the smaller winch at the front?

Cheers, Yes of course.

Ended up at Dubshed the other week pleased to get an award and had some good craic.

After that had a bit of a push on to get some things done so the winch was top of the list. stripped out the floor and made some room for the bracket which was nicely painted black for all of 5 seconds before i scratched it. was a little tough manouvering it at 42kg of 10mm plate

Some drilling and tapping later and we have it in place total weight 150kg

A quick wash and clean underneath and some wiring

Floor refitted and testing went well.

Just a waiting game for the Cab guard now... and the price of it :confounded: stainless is scary.

Few more ideas brewing for towing setups and a bed mounted camper for some farther away shows.

This thread has just reminded me - I saw this on the road a couple of weeks ago on a Friday evening heading down the sliproad onto the M1 at Craigavon, I assume you were heading to dubshed.

I gave the M3 the beans going past it in the pishing rain and had a wee squiggly moment :joy:

I've literally never seen anything like it on the NI roads. It looks absolutely immense.

Be class to do an airflow style camper unit for the back of it, would fit right in with the period of the truck. It would take a serious amount of aluminium though, but would be more robust than anything wooden framed.

only just stumbled across this, and i have to say that it's absolutely brilliant. custom converting it to rhd and a paccar diesel swap sets it a cut above the rest

Never buying polished alloys again :confounded:

Debating extending the bed a little farther, a 110 is just a little tight on it, She hasnt missed a beat though i really should get it out more hopefully 2024 is the year for a few shows.

Still as cool as it was when you first finished it.

I got my Cafe Racer ready for Dubshed this year to sit next to the Civic, But now I'm away at work so won't make it. Would have been nice to see this in person.

Both of them look class. That will definitely draw some attention at Dubshed. Hope you have a great weekend, I had a great time last year so would have been keen to get back. But hopefully next year I have my RB-Z with me, and either the Civic or the Cafe Racer also.
