I also dont think you need new plugs, coils and FMIC for Stage 1 - FMIC would help keep things cool but wouldn't be a priority

Do the 8P S3 FMIC's fit these? Used to fit them to the Edition 30/Cupra's instead of their stock one which was smaller. I have my old S3 8V FMIC in the attic

The plugs and coils are more of a reliable upgrade than performance upgrade consideribg the stock ones are prone to be a bit sh*t lol

Think they do fit it, not 100% but I'm good buddy, I've got some on their way along with the CTSturbo air intake and NGK plugs from awesome gti

Plugs and Coils arrived and at a very suitable time too, threw a code up yesterday and what do you know... misfires!

Anyway, was great knowing a package to rectify it was arriving the next day

Ill fire them in tomorrow.
oh, and the damn intake I ordered too is taking ages to arrive from suppliers...

Got the timing chain and tensioner replaced, had a new set of coils and plugs put in (R8s and NGK) in it so once got it home sorted the CAI, the new wheels and tyres then got wheel alignment done... springs next, with 18s its needed I think.

Also, the new wheels n tyres are Bola B2-R 18x8.5 with Michilen pilot sport 4 (180225/40). It has totally changed the ride of the car from 18/235/35 wheel and tyre size preciously. grip from new tyres is way better, grabs the road more under acceleration, steering feels lighter and I can now use the sport setting on the DCC/ACC without it being too hard.

Quick update, haven't been here in a while... or done much to the car apart from small mods to kill the lock down boredom.

Gloss black wing mirrors
Spoiler extension (Maxton/ebay knockoff)
Front splitter painted black
Interior and exterior lights changed to LED

Waiting on new rear lights, Blacked out LED Ebay specials coming soon..
