Quote to replace door

Anyone here able to help with getting a complete quote to replace a F/Pass door on an Audi A6 Avant - Audi pushed me towards Agnew repair and they would like to see the car despite me just wanting a ball park quote which is a pain in the hoop as I simply need a quote to pass to Councils Insurer. Wrights ARC was same. All I want is a quote for a door fitted and painted. Door is £675.26 from Audi inc VAT so even just for spraying and fitting. I can understand they might need to blend etc but all i want is a F****** ball park quote. Help!

Just bring it down to Agnews. Dont go near Wrights.
Ball park wont matter if its going through council insurance surely.

If you really want a quote, dependent on paint it'll be between 1-1.5k

I had a front passenger door replaced (Volvo xc60) by Agnews through insurance after a 3rd party damaged it

£1660 (not including VAT!) for the below:

• Nearside front door
• Door seal
• Door moulding
• Door mounting kit
• Sound pad
• Sundry parts

• Repaint nearside front door

I would second agnews over wrights and at least in years to come if your trading in or up they have done the repairs so they can't argue over price etc if you get a bad paint job

Agnew's said they wouldn't give me the quote until I had paid a £60 fee upfront.

Paint door, blend into rear door and front wing £700-ish
Labour & ancilleries £200-ish

You're bang on for just the door painted - Aparently £800 more to blend in so circa £2500 or £1800 unblended - nuts

its 2016 and though 3rd party insurance - Im using Audi Prices as a guide. Aware they are daft!!
