I had the headliner in my van trimmed in alcantara and it wasn't that expensive. Looked lovely too

I am due a service in approx 5K but have decided to get it done within the next couple of weeks just for peace of mind.
In addition to the oil, oil filter etc I decided to pick up a few other bits and pieces.

I decided to spend the day and give the JCW some TLC.
It hadn’t had a wash in a few weeks and with the glorious weather we have been having it was far from its best.
Usual process of:
Then it was time for some Purge ...
serious purple rain !
Car was then rinsed and covered in Ultra Foam again and left for another 2-3 minutes.
Rinsed and washed again with Gleam.

- Articulate (approx 3 mins dwell)
- Ultra Foam over the top (approx 5 mins)
- Rinse
- Washed with Gleam
- Rinse

Tyres dressed with Ultra Shine and all glass coated with Hydra Clean. New front and rear wipers fitted.
Interior hoovered and new custom mats fitted.
Next up was giving the engine bay some attention. It actually wasn’t too bad but used some Articulate & agitated with a small brush.
Final clean with some Meguairs APC.
Plastics were then coated with Aerospace 303 protectant to bring them back to their best.

May sound silly but they really have changed the driving experience. Much better seating position and Mrs C said she prefers them too.
She’s still moaning about the heavy clutch though
