Selling a car to 'the South'

Selling a car to a Republic of Ireland lad shortly and was wondering how I should fill out on the V5 log book? Is it just the permanent export bit? Can't find the answer on a search.

Give buyer V5 minus the permanent export bit which you post off to DVLA.
