Wanted: Shipping Containers

Has anyone got a couple of shipping containers casually sitting around that want to sell? Collection no problem, 20 or 40ft.

I once was looking one myself to store my car in but was advised they sweat the hell out of them and make them rust super quick. There was a company that sold them at the time but they where around £3000 if i remember it was an English group and they dropped them at your door but sorry cant find them online anymore.
Will try and remember and see if i had the letter from them put away.

Try David Martin at Hanwood Storage and tell him I sent you. He has some lined ones and should point you in the right direction.

I keep my bikes in a lined one and it doesn’t sweat.

The likes of a box body from a lorry is a good alternative if it’s just for storage:

Makon Engineering in Feeney convert containers to bars etc for hospitality events.

Only up the road for you a believe, would be a good starting point.

Mostly 20fts with some office/ canteens.

It’s fully insulated inside with foam that’s been sprayed on
Apparently it doesn’t sweat.. but we’ll see. I’ll get a pic of the insulation if you want
It was £900 20ft. 40ft are less common as a crane is needed to shift them about

You won’t believe me but the guy we bought it off lived in it this past few months ...

That is the same type as the one my bikes are stored in and so far no sweating.
