Is there any any outdoor parking for showing cars or is it an indoor venue only.

I met the other guys from Akuma Works at Applegreen on Saturday afternoon and headed up in a convoy arriving around 12 o'clock. Weather was ok but didn't look promising, a few rain showers but nothing drastic, enough to lightly dirty the cars though. When we arrived at the venue there car washing facilities in the carpark. I was able to get most of the car washed before the skies opened and within minutes I was saturated!! Thankfully for me one of the guys brought one of those electric air dryers and was able to dry me out.

By tea time on Saturday the hall was only half full and left us wondering what way the show was going to go, however when we went to leave the carpark was queued back to the entrance with people waiting to use the power washers and by Sunday morning most of the show cars had been parked up. I liked that the organisers left plenty of room around the cars for people to move around, made me feel more at ease about leaving the car unattended. They could have fitted a lot more inside the hall if they had wanted to but it probably would've looked crowded and not as good for photo's etc. Besides the hall the running track had cars parked around it. The standard was very good and clearly a lot of time and effort had been spent by all to get them ready for the show. Most of Sunday was spent talking to people about the car so I only managed a short wander round the hall. Not sure if any of you besides @McFall1984 were in attendance, and I quite possibly bent your ear without realising. Jason picked up a Top 10 prize with his Evo X FQ400, didn't win anything myself but I wasn't there for the prizes. All in all it was good banter with the guys and getting talking to plenty of like-minded petrol heads which is what its all about. Well done to LetStance and hopefully they are back in the same place next year (y)

Ah right ok lol someone pulled up alongside me in a BMW estate just outside Magherafelt and waved over. Could’ve been someone I was talking to at the show though, must’ve talked to a hundred people today lol

Could only make it to the show on the Sunday so was lucky with the weather :cool:
Really sweet show....quality cars, relaxed friendly atmosphere and perfect venue! What's not to like??
Same again next year please 👍☀
