Bit of spit and polish then I used the Bilt Hamber stuff I'd heard good things about. Turns out it's a little awkward to work with but chuffed with the results.

Mine was absolutely caked in them. I drench the front of the car in anachems gloss spray just to loosen them up as they were caked in. Then snowfoamed twice and then washed. They all came off with ease

That's supposed to be used after you've cleaned the car, not for fly removal
