On standard studs?

No they can only take up to 5mm on oem studs. 10mm or more need extended studs easier to step up to 20mm or more and go for hubcentric spacers lol

I might be convinced to sell my old hubcentric eibach 25mm and 20mm spacers I used for mine lol.

I have just skimmed the recent posts so I apologize if out of context. In my experience a hot start issue or cutting out when hot on these has been the camshaft position sensor at fault.
From memory they use exactly the same part number sensor as a micra engine and its very cheap to get one of these. Would recommend chasing this fact up with your local motor factors or fire the part number into ebay and pick the very cheap one that says micra beside the part number instead!

Finally got to the bottom of the hot start problems...
A new battery kindly donated by Sir @pablo didn't fix the issue.. so I pulled the starter out there tonight.

Solenoid fell apart when being removed, think it was cracked and this allowed corrosion to set in. So the connection was a bit duff. Interestingly it started when cold because compression must be lower, and higher when warm. Hence the failure to turn over when warm.

Second hand one ordered from ebay so no fun until that arrives.

All teeth on flywheel good which i was nervous might be the problem

Brushes and armature in starter good too, so a solenoid should sort it!

Got a new 2nd hand starter fitted during the week. All good now .

Washed it today and a wee drop of hybrid and took it for some snazzy photos..

Might start an owners thread on this and update the spec... or can this thread be converted? @pablo
